The useful result is not a set of pretty but unrelated portraits. The generator treats the uploaded image as a role lock, then repeats face geometry, hairstyle, body type, and signature outfit cues while each panel gets a different scene or pose.
A consistent character sheet works better when panels have a reason to differ. Story mode gives a storyboard rhythm, Brand mode creates profile and marketing crops, Fantasy mode keeps costume continuity, and Modern mode feels like an everyday lifestyle sequence.

Camera changes are where many character tools break. Mixed and Portrait modes keep the face readable. Action mode is useful for movement, but hands and motion blur need inspection. Lineup mode is best when a designer needs clean front, side, and three-quarter views.
Even strong identity prompts can drift with extreme profiles, covered hair, tiny faces, or big costume changes. Strict lock reduces drift, but it can make expressions less varied. Expressive lock gives more acting range and needs closer review before publishing.

It is designed for that, but the input matters. A clear reference with visible hairline, eyes, nose, and outfit cues gives the model more anchors. Extreme side profiles, masks, heavy sunglasses, or low-resolution faces can still drift.
“Strict lock made the four panels usable for a pitch. The hands still needed checking, but the face stayed recognizably the same.”
Turn one reference into a same-character multi-panel sheet for storyboards, brand avatars, comics, and scene tests.
“The fantasy preset kept the jacket and hair shape better than my loose prompt did.”
