What is the difference between a subscription and buying credits?

A subscription includes recurring credits and member access. Buying credits adds usage balance without a subscription and does not unlock subscription-only models or features.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed once for the full year with a 10% discount. The full annual credit allowance is granted immediately after payment and remains valid through the current annual subscription period.

Do purchased credits expire?

No. Extra credits purchased from the Credits page do not expire. Credits with an earlier expiration date are consumed first, so subscription credits are normally used before permanent purchased credits.

Do I need a subscription to buy bulk credit packs?

No. Regular and bulk credit packs are available to all users. Sign in and choose a pack to buy it directly. The new-user offer still requires first-purchase eligibility.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription benefits remain available through the active paid period according to your billing status. Purchased credits remain on your account and do not expire.
