Buy Credits

Credits are a virtual currency used to pay for AI services such as image/video generation, AI models, and other advanced features. You can purchase credits anytime or earn them through rewards and special offers. Credits are not cash and cannot be withdrawn.

Credits are mainly categorized into three types: 1. Subscription Credits: Provided with your AI subscription, granted once per billing cycle. Unused credits do not carry over to the next cycle. 2. Reward Credits: Earned through registration rewards, etc., valid for 30 days. 3. Credit Packs: Purchased through credit packs, they never expire.

Regular credit packs use a clear base rate. Active paid subscribers can unlock discounted bulk credit packs on the Credits page. Buying credits alone does not unlock subscription-only models or features.

Credit deduction is determined based on the tools and models you use, video duration, number of videos generated, image or video resolution, and other relevant factors.

Credits with shorter validity are used first: Subscription Credits → Reward Credits → Credit Packs.

To view your current credit balance and usage history, please go to the 'Billing' -> Usage History page.

After your membership expires, you can still use Credit Packs and Reward Credits, as these do not depend on an active subscription. However, Subscription Credits reset at the end of each billing cycle, meaning all unused subscription credits will expire and can no longer be used.

As long as you meet the eligibility criteria, you can apply for a refund of subscription credits within 3 days of your first purchase. Add-on credits like Credit Packs are non-refundable but never expire. For full details, please check our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
